South Harlow Interiors is a full-service interior design studio specializing in new construction, full-scale renovations, and bespoke furnishings and styling. We collaborate closely with clients, architects, builders, and trades to ensure a seamless and thoughtful process from concept through completion.

At the heart of our work is a deep commitment to our clients. We don’t impose a signature aesthetic; instead, we take the time to understand how you live—how you move through your home, what brings you comfort, and the rhythms of your daily life. From that understanding, we create spaces that feel entirely personal and unmistakably yours.

Our aesthetic is rooted in the organic and the approachable. We are drawn to natural materials, warm palettes, and balanced proportions that create environments both grounded and inviting. We work with clients nationwide, with studio locations in La Jolla, California and Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The quiet beauty and relaxed elegance of these coastal communities subtly inform everything we design.

Principal + Founder

Erika Gervin founded South Harlow Interiors in 2015. With years of experience building custom homes, she has cultivated a talented team of design professionals, a highly tailored process, and a discerning clientele seeking to transform houses into timeless, unforgettable homes.

Erika believes a home should be a true reflection of those who live within it—layered, personal, and inviting—while maintaining an elevated and approachable aesthetic. Her work is grounded in creating spaces that foster connection: places for conversation, celebration, rest, and everyday living. Above all, she designs with the intention of creating homes that hold meaning—where lasting memories are made with family and friends.

Originally established in Southern California, South Harlow Interiors expanded in 2021 to include a second studio in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, where Erika now resides with her husband and three sons. Drawing inspiration from both coasts, her work reflects the natural beauty and relaxed sophistication of her surroundings. She remains actively involved across all projects, traveling regularly between locations to ensure consistent creative direction and thoughtful execution.
